Terms and Conditions
By downloading or using the CabraTech app on your iOS device, you automatically agree to these terms – please read them carefully before using the app. CABRATECH INOVA SIMPLES grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to install and use the app on any Apple device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store. You are not permitted to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, extract the source code, translate the app, or create derivative versions of it. All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights remain the property of CABRATECH INOVA SIMPLES.
Changes to the App and Services
CABRATECH INOVA SIMPLES reserves the right to modify the app or charge for its services at any time, ensuring that any charges are clearly communicated to you in advance, in accordance with the Apple App Store guidelines.
Processing of Personal Data
The CabraTech
app stores and processes personal data you have provided to deliver our
services. To ensure the security of the app, it is your responsibility
to keep your iOS device secure and updated. The use of jailbroken
devices (unauthorized modification of iOS) may compromise your device's
security, interfere with the app's functionality, and violates Apple's
guidelines. RISE IT INOVA SIMPLES is not responsible for any malfunction
or damage caused by using a jailbroken device.
Third-Party Services
The
app uses third-party services, and you are required to comply with
their Terms and Conditions. Below are links to the Terms and Conditions
of third-party service providers used by the app:
Connectivity and Responsibility
Certain
functions of the app require an active Internet connection (Wi-Fi or
mobile data). CABRATECH INOVA SIMPLES cannot be held responsible if the
app does not work fully due to connectivity issues or mobile data
limits. If you use the app outside of a Wi-Fi network, please be aware
that you may be charged by your mobile provider, and you are responsible
for such charges.
Device Maintenance and Updates
You
are responsible for keeping your iOS device charged and in good working
order. CABRATECH INOVA SIMPLES is not responsible for any app malfunctions
resulting from inadequate device maintenance or low battery. Updates to
the iOS system may require you to download newer versions of the app to
maintain its full functionality. CABRATECH INOVA SIMPLES may terminate
the availability of the app and revoke your license at any time, as
permitted by the Apple App Store.
Limitation of Liability
CABRATECH INOVA SIMPLES disclaims any responsibility for direct or indirect damages resulting from improper use or functionality failures of the app, in accordance with the information and services provided by third parties. While we strive to keep the app updated and functional, we rely on third parties to supply certain information and services.

Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. You will be notified
of any changes by updating this page, and it is advisable to review it
regularly.
